February 2011
Essentials
will be because it is the shortest month in February but carries with it the sense of expectation and urgency of the end of winter and the promise of a spring on the horizon thanks to days that stretch with the light that gradually takes the place of darkness. Looking ahead, having the courage optimism.
On the sports we are still in full winter season and cross any road race where you must still wear a heavy, opaque, perhaps even with the suggestion to run in a few flakes of snow or puddles made from solid ice.
But now in the lead spring is already time for long workouts and challenging.
Calendars jogging begin to thicken appointments for all tastes and all ages. But the race is pretty even and especially if released from the anxiety of performance: just join a quick run any non-competitive to breathe healthier air and light.
not who comes first or square on a podium under the spotlight, the player who can catch even the gesture of sports grounds inner peace, friendship and solidarity.
And who does not understand it has already lost the key.
Good racing!
